Julie Kampf, President

Julie Kampf is president and founder of JBK Associates, Inc., a retained executive search firm that focuses on senior executive positions across multiple industries and disciplines including life sciences, financial services and consumer products.

Julie founded JBK Associates in 2003 and quickly built the firm into an award-winning company and member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants. In addition, JBK Associates was a finalist in the 2007 Forbes Enterprise Awards, was named 2005 Best New Company by The American Business Awards and is certified as a women-owned business by the prestigious Women’s Business Enterprise National Council.

With a strong belief that the company’s success is directly linked to in-depth knowledge of each client’s corporate culture, Julie provides best-in-class solutions tailored to fit their needs. She has streamlined the search process so she can deliver a highly diverse slate of well qualified candidates on a timely basis. Her insights into the clients needs are built upon almost three decades in sales, marketing, business and new-product development for multinational companies and executive search.

Active in industry and professional organizations, Julie is a founder and board member of the Bergen County (NJ) chapter of United Women in Philanthropy, vice president of the board of directors of the Metro chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, a board member of the Girl Scout Council of Bergen County, a member of the Cosmetic Executive Women and Fashion Group International, and a former member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR). She also raises money for charities such as Guiding Eyes for the Blind and The Women’s Health and Counseling Center.

Julie earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Rhode Island, where she minored in Marketing. She lives in Bergen County, New Jersey, with her son.

Andréa Bradford, Chief Diversity Officer

Andréa Bradford is Chief Diversity Officer for JBK Associates, Inc., charged with advancing the firm’s commitment to diversity and inclusion for itself and its clients. She joins JBK Associates from Right Management, where her ten-year tenure included positions as Senior Vice President for Career Management and Senior Organizational Consultant. Andréa has experience working with the corporate, non-profit, and academic communities, having created and directed programs at Columbia Business School, where she served as Director of Minority and Multicultural Affairs; KPMG Peat Marwick, where she was National Director, University Relations; Bain & Company and Xavier University of Louisiana. At Columbia University, she infused diversity at all levels of administration, faculty, students and alumni, all within two years of pioneering a highly interactive information and resource center committed to enacting inclusiveness. A leader in the field of diversity innovation, Andréa has been profiled by media outlets ranging from Black Enterprise Magazine to CBS Marketwatch and has served as panel moderator for the Women of Power Summit national conference sponsored by Black Enterprise Magazine and State Farm. An accomplished musician, Andréa holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Boston University and Oberlin College. She resides in Newark, New Jersey.

Mary Ann Seamon,
Search Consultant

Mary Ann Seamon brings more than a dozen years of human resources expertise to her work, delivering exceptional talent to JBK Associates clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech and OTC industries.

Mary Ann’s human resources background combines both corporate and agency positions. On the corporate side, she has worked in the human resources departments of IBM and Pepsico, as well as a national computer retail chain. On the agency side, she handled both temporary and permanent placements for ASA Personnel Agency in New York City. This diverse experience has enhanced Mary Ann's hands-on approach to executive search and deep commitment to top-notch service. As a result, she has built strong long-term relationships with clients and candidates at JBK Associates.

Mary Ann earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both international business and marketing from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Conn. She also earned a degree in fashion buying and merchandising management from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. She resides in Atlanta.
