Krystyn Mayer has joined the team at JBK Associates International with more than 15 years of business development, retained executive search, talent acquisition and account management to her clients. She has built a reputation as a strategic partner across many sectors with fortune 500 companies. A passionate leader driven by results, building strong rapport, and delivering premier workforce solutions to include DEI. Krystyn is uniquely positioned to offer a client and executive centric focus, full desk expertise with a customized approach to a client’s business challenges. Her focus includes Legal, FinTech, Finance, Healthcare, Technology and Biopharmaceutical.

Prior to JBK Krystyn started her career in staffing with Adecco as Business Development Manager, where she captured the national CVS account then took over as Senior Branch Manager servicing the CVS account, growing revenue, expanding market share, and increasing profits 82%. She then relocated to Connecticut and served as Regional Business Development Account Executive/ National Sales Team.  Managing recruitment at several branches statewide, she gained a deep understanding of the importance of great communications, team building, collaboration, coaching and client management and delivery.

While partnered with the Chair of NPA worldwide, Krystyn served as Director of Executive Search managing a full desk specializing in Legal, FinTech & Finance. She also served as a Managing Director of Executive Search at one of the nation’s largest staffing companies and top provider of IT services specializing in cybersecurity, SAP, RPA, Salesforce, and Healthcare.

Krystyn studied at Richmond University London, worked, and traveled extensively. Lover of adventure and exploring new cultures and meeting interesting people from around the globe. She graduated from Salve Regina University, cum laude with Bachelor of Arts, Communications and Marketing.
