Englewood Cliffs, NJ/ April 4, 2016 –David H. Heist joins the executive talent solutions firm JBK Associates International as Senior Vice President, Business Development within the Consumer Products/Health and Beauty industries.
He served most recently as Director, Industry Affairs and Customer Relations for Bayer HealthCare, Consumer Care Division, a position he held since April, 1995.

At Bayer HealthCare, Heist directed participation in national conventions and meetings and customer/industry events while building business relationships that created a favorable climate for increasing sales of such well-known brands as Bayer Aspirin, Aleve, Alka-Seltzer, Alka-Seltzer Plus and One-A-Day Supplements.
Heist has served on a number of industry Advisory Boards including Chairman of the NACDS Retail Advisory Board; two-term Chairman of the GMDC Health, Beauty and Wellness Advisory Board and Chairman, Membership Sub-Committee; CHPA Retail Liaison Steering Committee and he has previously served on the Board of Advisors for the Academy of Food Marketing at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Bayer HealthCare, Heist held Sales Executive and Trade Relations positions with SmithKline, Menley & James (Director, Trade Development), Alco Standard (Director, National Accounts), Vita-Fresh Vitamin Co. (Vice President, Sales), Mennen (Vice President, Trade Development), A.H. Robins (Vice President, Trade Development) and American Home Products (Vice President, Trade Relations).
Widely known for his great interest in golf and related equipment, Heist has used his passion for golf to develop close relationships among customers and peers alike. He and his wife, Naomi, live in Cumming, Georgia.
