Englewood Cliffs, NJ/ January 2, 2017 –The executive talent solutions firm JBK Associates International has hired industry veteran Jill Chammas as Principal. Over a 20-year career, Chammas has held multiple human resources leadership roles and developed specialties in vertical industries including, among others, pharmaceutical, media, entertainment, non-profit, fashion, financial services and consumer products.

Chammas served most recently as a Managing Director for the New York City-based staffing and executive search firm Solomon Page, where over 15 years she managed a team of recruiters with extensive experience in sourcing, screening and assessing top human resources talent. She started her career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep with Pfizer, supporting the New Jersey territory for the company’s OTC product line, and during her tenure there she demonstrated her ability to acquire new accounts, build strong relationships and develop strategic growth plans for existing accounts. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Plattsburgh State University.
